If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return most items sold by justChinese.com.au within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or exchange. We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error (eg. if we sent you the wrong product) or a product is DOA (Dead On Arrival). We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: - Software, MP3 audio discs, cassette tapes, VCDs or DVDs where the seal has been opened unless the item is defective in which case we will exchange it.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds or may refuse refunds for the return of certain items, including: - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any book or product that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original saleable condition, is damaged, is missing packaging or parts.
If you wish to return a product we advise that you return the product by registered post or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. If you are going to return a product or have any problems with a purchase please contact us.
